The slogan of a company I am so so glad I discovered - CurveBalm.
As the weather gets warmer each year the debate begins: to wear cycling shorts under skirts and dresses or not? I love me some cycling shorts, especially with an oversized tee or under dresses I wear to work. But, when the weather gets really warm wearing shorts underneath dresses and skirts is just an extra layer of fabric adding to my sweatiness, and what if I want to wear a nice pair of super-short denim shorts? My thighs rub together and by the end of the day, they are raw red!
I have found the solution! CurveBalm. A magical balm that soothes the skin and stands in the way of the dreaded chub-rub.
CurveBalm is an anti-chafing balm, created and produced in the UK and priced at £14.99. It creates a barrier on the skin to prevent friction. It is an oil-based product so the feeling does take some getting used to and does need to be reapplied throughout the day, but it's TOTALLY worth it. I've been using it for about a week now and it is a miracle. No more chub-rub. Ever.
I first wanted to try Megababe anti-chafe balm but it's not available in Europe yet so I went in search of similar products and low and behold found this! It's a small business too which I prefer to support than a big American company.
