Blueberry Muffins

Super easy, quick and totally vegan

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 cup oat milk

  • 2 and 1/2 tsp.baking powder

  • 1 and 1/2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cups sugar

1. Preheat the Oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

2. All in one bowl add all the ingredients except the blueberries and mix into a loose dough. 

3. Slowly fold in the blueberries.

4. Scoop the mix into the muffin cases and bake for around 23 minutes.
