My first go at Vegan Scones! White choco

Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies

A quick treat perfect for breakfast.

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Combine a cup of oats and 3/4 of a cup of gluten-free flour in a bowl.

  3. In another bowl melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mash in a 1/4 cup of over-ripe banana.

  4. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and 5 tablespoons of Dairy free milk to the wet mixture.

  5. Combine the wet and dry mixture and leave to sit for 10 mins. 

  6. Gently mix in a cup of dark chocolate chips and scoop the mixture onto a lined baking tray.

  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. 

  8. Allow to cool and enjoy!
