This concealer is so handy for no make-up make-up. It is a little bit oilier than I would usually like but I use it instead of foundation over my sunscreen and it works a dream.
I have used the sample of this and I am obsessed. I need one asap.
This bronzer. Omg. It is amazing. It gives that sun-kissed glow without too much coverage and without being oily.
I have really started to love a little less coverage and I'm starting to embrace my natural complexion. This CC cream is prefect for the 'your skin but better' vibes.
I never thought I would be the glossier type, but I am really loving the natural look and this just gives my brows the lift they need.
The only lipgloss I can deal with. Its not sticky yet long lasting.
This Mascara is EVERYTHING. It is my new favourite.
The most perfect setting powder for a less cakey finish. It soaks up oil without settling into the creases.
A full coverage dream, especially for the summer months when it's warmer.
This is my go to base in 03 Sand Beige. It has such a nice formula, blends well and is a bargain at roughly £7. It's not currently available in stores in the UK but you can pick it up in Penneys in Ireland or online at JustMyLook.
The powder of drag queens. The only powder that keeps my oily skin matte. And super affordable.
This is my favourite luxury foundation, even though it's still relatively affordable at £29. I use shade 2.5 and it's the best match I have ever found for a foundation. It's Vegan too!!
This powder is the perfect compliment to the All Nighter Foundation. I only splurge on this for special occassions as I use it too quickly to spend £25.
The Matte Bronzer of your dreams, perfect for contouring your cheekbones and jaw line, This one is worth the £25 pricetag and lasts FOREVER.
I have been using blush for probably 10 years now and I still love it. It's one of the pinkest shades but is super buildable and lasts so long. I think I've only bought 3 or 4 over the past 10 years. A good investment at £19.50
This highlighter was an accidental find for me, I had forgotten my make-up bag one day and used all my sisters stuff and she had the champion highlighter. I always buy it from Superdrug or Boots and it's an absolute bargain for just under a tenner! It comes in 3 more shades too!
A new find for me, I bought this the last time I was in Sephora in Paris and I LOVE it, I got Medium Brown which is a tiny bit darker then my hair, which is how I like my brows. It really does set and last all day long with no rubbing off. This one is $19 on the Kat Von D Beauty website
My latest everyday fave. I love this palette because I feel like I can get such a broad variety of looks with it.
Where would I be without my lids lined with black? It has become somewhat of a trademark for me, especially paired with a red lip! It's what makes me feel beautiful and confident. Line you eyes and nothing can stop you! This Kat Von D liner is the dream, no smudging and stays put all day (and night) long. Great value too at £17!
The best mascara in town and I don't care what anyone else says! I get through probably at least 8 of these bad boys a year so it's definitely an expense at £21.50 a pop.
I tried this one recently at the advise of the Benefit Expert at Gatwick Airport. I like it a lot, but not as much as Roller Lash, The product is a little heavier so clumps easier. This one is also £21.50
The Red Lipstick you've been searching for your whole life. This liquid lipstick is magic. You don't even have to line your lips, just paint this on and you're good to go all day long. This one comes in at £18 but lasts a long time and is so worth it for not ahving to worry about touch ups all day.
The name is deceiving. This Creme lip stain is one of the best liquid matte lipsticks you can find, and in shade number 13 : Marvellous Mauve. This shade is a darker nude colour when its applied and lasts so well through thick and thin. A bit tricky to get your hands on in the UK or Ireland, but if you're making a trip to Europe anytime soon be sure to pick one up! Oh and it's a bargain at just over £10!
My new absolute favourite palette, the perfect shades of bronze, blush and highlight. This palette is pricey but it lasts so long and is perfect for on the go and travelling.
My newest aquisition. The drag palette. The palette by Alyssa. It's so bright and beautiful! So pigmented. The pinks and yellows are so gorgeous and vibrant.
The Sultry palette is perfect for any smokey eye, it is cool-toned but definitely versatile.
The Pallette every olive skin toned gal should be using. All those warm red, pink and brown tones perfectly compliment your skin and hair. Reds and Browns are also the best compliment for Blue or Green eyes. This is an investment piece at £39.50, but usually goes into promotion at Debehams so keep an eye out.
Brushes and Tools
What and where?
Okay so people say the more you spend on your tools, the longer and better your make-up will last. But, I'm not too convinced. I have been using Primark brushes and brushes I've picked up in TK Maxx or Boots and I'm super happy with them.
My fave foundation tool is a blending sponge, I like this new one I've found from MASQD cosmetics in Boots, it's super affordable at like £6 and does the job perfectly! For my Powder I've recently bought a beatiful Spectrum Collection Domed Powder Brush for Boots and I do love it I must say, and it was still pretty well priced at just under £10.
For contouring I use an Eco-Tools contour brush which I picked up in TKMaxx. For my eyes I have a couple of brushes from E.L.F Cosmetics and for the rest I buy brush sets in Primark whenever I see ones that speak to me! (They usually look like unicorn horns or mermaid tails)
